The Conference and School for Young Scientists High-temperature X-ray Diffraction and X-ray Diffraction of Nanomaterials (HTXRD-4), October 19–21, 2020 E-mail: htxrd2020@mail.ru +7 (911) 9701836

Dear Colleagues!

To participate in the conference, you need to download and install the Zoom program on your computer. To work you need a webcam and a headset (or headphones with a microphone).

We kindly ask you to indicate your real name and surname during the Zoom registration process.

We ask you to turn off the microphones during the conference, turn them on only for questions. Questions can also be asked in the chat.

On October 16, Friday, from 12-00 to 17-00 (Moscow time), everyone can check the quality of their connection through the Zoom program. A link to connect for a trial communication session will soon be publicly available on the conference website in the "News" section.

To resolve technical issues, we recommend that you download and install the Anydesc software (https://anydesk.com/ru) so that our specialists can connect to your device and configure it in case of technical problems.

The duration of the oral presentation is 15 minutes (including questions).

We ask participants who make an oral presentation to send presentations (.ppt / .pptx / .pdf) to the conference e-mail address  htxrd2020@mail.ru by October 16, inclusive. This is necessary so that in the event of a technical problem, the conference moderator can play the presentation.

In exceptional cases, in agreement with the organizing committee of the conference, the speaker can record a 15-minute video using the Zoom software. Instructions on how to record video in Zoom can be found for example here. The video should be sent to the conference e-mail address htxrd2020@mail.ru. The video will be shown to other participants during the time allotted for your presentation on the program.

Dear participants of the poster session!

Please send your posters by October 16 inclusive to the conference e-mail address htxrd2020@mail.ru. Your posters will be available for viewing on the conference website. During the poster session, each participant will have 3 minutes to briefly present their results through the Zoom software (see guidance above). Also, participants in the poster session can use the Zoom software to record a 3-5 minute video on the background of their poster. Videos will be shown during the poster session.
